Hello lovely! I am Villy, a Certified Health & Lifestyle Coach and the founder of HeelsMatter.

Navigating through health information and imbalances (yes, I get them too!) is usually a piece of raw cake these days for me. But that definitely hasn’t always been the case.

Over the last 15 years, I’ve walked the path of health & transformation, and have been confused, stressed, annoyed, anxious, bored and made mistakes more times than I care to remember. I am very real!

I am passionate about taking women just like you on a journey to discover and connect with what “Happy & Healthy” mean for them. Health is not a one-size-fits-all approach, there is no magic formula.

However, there are solid foundations that you can build upon and one of them is FOOD. Food is, first and foremost, information for our cells. It tells them what to do and how to behave. At any given moment, what we consume is either creating vibrant health or promoting disease.

One woman’s health fountain can be another woman’s poison. We are unique like that!

What happens when I sign up?
You will be directed to a secured page to complete your payment and choose your session’s date and time from the available options.

When you’ve secured your slot, you’ll receive a confirmation email, which will include a short questionnaire to fill out and send back to me before our session.

Who is the Food Review Power Hour not suitable for?
If you have persistent, long-term issues, a one-off session is likely not going to be enough for you to get to the bottom of it and see lasting results.

If you find yourself needing more support or for any chronic complaints and/or lifestyle changes outside of food, The Modern Woman’s Wellness Program is a much better fit. Find out more here.

What if I change my mind and decide I want to sign up for the 90-day coaching program?
Not a problem.

Should you decide, during or straight after the session (within 24h), that you wish to sign up for the Modern Woman’s Wellness Blueprint program, by all means, you can do so.

Your investment in the Food Review Power Hour will be deducted from the total amount and the Food Review Power Hour session will count as your first session in the 90-day program.

It’s is not an unusual step for women who come to me initially just for one session to recognise their need for more support and to choose to make a commitment to their health and wellbeing.

Do you offer refunds?
Sure. Should you change your mind for whatever reason, a full refund is available within 7 calendar days of payment if the Session has NOT taken place.

Refunds are not available after the session.
